I’m Kim Alvis, the founder and Real Estate Virtual Assistant of Cardinal Point REVA.  Located in the scenic hills of West Virginia, Cardinal Point REVA manages the non-income producing tasks for today’s busy real estate agents so that they focus on what they do best – selling homes.

My corporate background served as the Executive Assistant to the co-founder of a business management and private equity firm; my position lasted more than 20 years.  That tenure provided an irreplaceable hands-on education in business management of a wide variety of business structures and industries from real estate to consumer retail products and services to charitable foundations.  One of the industry that I was always excited to be involved in were the real estate projects – from the development of an office park to a gated second home community on the Greenbrier River.

I took my passion for the real estate industry and coupled it with my vast business management skills and organizational skills and launched Cardinal Point REVA.  Now I’m living my dream following years of assisting others launch their businesses, I am now a business owner, passionately involved in the industry that I have always kept my proverbial finger on.

Cardinal Point REVA partners with real estate professionals to customize effective real estate marketing systems and action plans so that Realtors do what they do best …..  sell homes!
